Code of Conduct - Ballerz

Code of Conduct

At Ballerz, we’re all about respect, so we’re proud to roll with the FA’s respect policies. Here’s the lowdown on how we work:

EQUAL PLAY, EQUAL RESPECT

Whether you’re here for a casual kickabout, a kids’ party, or a work event, one thing remains non-negotiable: respect for all. Every baller, big or small, deserves to be treated with the utmost respect at all times, no exceptions.

THE BALLERZ VIBE

We’ve crafted the perfect playground, both on and off the pitch, and we ask that you help us make Ballerz a safe, inclusive place for others. Whether you’re a big or a baby baller, we’re all in it together to make sure it’s a blast for everyone involved.

RESPECT, REPS AND REWARDS

The Ballerz code of conduct isn’t just a fancy bit of paper. It’s the backbone of everything we do. It’s all about making sure every player walks away with a smile on their face, feeling like a star.

ON AND OFF THE PITCH, I WILL:

Fair play, all day: It’s game time, and I’m bringing my A-game, fair and square. No shortcuts or shady moves, just love for the game.

Watch my language: I’m keeping it clean, knowing that the audience might include everyone from diehard football fans to the tiniest Ballerz-to-be. No need for foul language to show my passion on the pitch.

Respect the refs: The refs call the shots, and that’s fine by me. No lip, no backtalk. I’m here to play, not to pick a fight.

No place for hate: I’m all about unity, not division. I won’t engage in or tolerate verbal abuse based on appearance, race, gender, religion or sexuality. For me, it’s all about the game. Any form of participation in this behaviour could result in a dismissal from the field, suspension, and possible police action.

Keep my hands to myself: I’m keeping it chill, no rough stuff. I won’t touch the refs, the players or spectators in a way that hurts them or makes them uncomfortable. I know Ballerz is a space to play, not to throw punches. Doing so could lead to a dismissal from the field, suspension and possible police action.

Win, lose, or draw: Whether I’m popping corks or licking my wounds, I’ll do it with class. With handshakes all round, I’m showing respect to the opposing team and the refs, whatever the result.

Respect the warm-up: While I’m waiting to hit the pitch, I’m keeping an eye out for smaller Ballerz having their own kickabout.

IF I DROP THE BALL ON THE CODE, I KNOW I CAN EXPECT TO:

Yellow card, sin bin or red: Depending on the play, I could find myself in the ref’s naughty book, or have to sit out for a bit.

Say sorry: If I mess up, I’ll own it and make things right with whoever I’ve crossed, by making an apology wherever it’s needed.

Ballerz boot camp: The management have my back, but they’ll set me straight if I stray too far. Whether that involves a stern talk or some time on the sidelines, I’ll feel the heat.

Game over: Serious fouls mean serious consequences. We’re not playing around when it comes to keeping things clean. Step out of line too many times, and it’ll be game over. We reserve the right to ask you to leave our premises and not come back.
